Standard Bank and Macroberts attorneys, a ******* employing another!

We have been unable to pay the Credit card with Standards Bank since my husband was retrenched in 2020. Recently i received an sms on my phone offering a percentage off an amount due. I called them, curious to see what they had to offer. @ consultants assured me the offer was correct and that once the amount paid the Credit Card will be closed. This can be checked, as I have the names , date and reference, if the calls are recorder as they claim. The last consultant promised that the person responsible for the file will call us, as we expressed our willingness to take the offer. More than a week later nobody called and we are receiving again smses from them, as if nothing happened.....****** employing ******......
