Settlement Letter

Good day, <br> <br> On the 28 July 2015, I have made an agreement with Isaac Letsholo for a settlement amount and I had paid the amount and email the proof of payment. Since I have been trying to call them week to week trying to get them to email me the settlement letter and Isaac Letsholo referred me to his manager, Eugene Potgieter who has been telling me that he is busy in communication with ABSA trying to resolve the matter, which I am not sure what is it because I deposited the amount to the banking details that they email me and still confirming that its the correct details. Last Friday, 28 Aug I called and then he was suppose to call me before end day and never. Again yesterday I called and was promised by Eugene Potgieter that I will get the letter before end day and still up until now I havent received a thing. <br> <br> Please kindly assist and intervene as I am getting irritated now coz I keep on getting sms that I must pay the account amount later and I had paid it.
