runaround

i been calling you for more than 2 weeks for my account and also sent an email to *** without any response. I need a PAID-UP letter for my account *** that was settled and i am told that this account is closed and has an outstanding balance and i must contact standard bank. I contacted standardbank and it was told to back to MacRobert for the letter. What nonsense is this. Kindly contact me on ***. i dont have proof of payment because this was settled in 2020 or 2021
