Rude arrogant agent

I have been contacted by a call centre agent and was horrified at the manner in which I was spoken to. She was arrogant and rude, she harassed me numerous times by calling me back when I requested not to be called back by her. I had questions that she could not answer and she was not willing to answer them. She could not give me any details that I requested so that I could find out why my medical aid did not make payment. This individual did not listen to me at all, she spoke over me, raised her voice, her tone was so arrogant, you cannot speak to anybody in this manner and if I am contacted again by this agent then I will be opening up a charge against this company for harassment. This agent was not even willing to give me the company name and her details. Makes me wonder what sort of training this agent had if she speaks to people in this manner and who regulates these calls that are being made? The company needs to pull out these calls and have a listen to see what a poor reflection she is to the business. The number that called me is **********
