Rude and *********** unprofessional

I made arrangement with this law firm for payment of a credit card I owe Standard bank. I agreed, know It must be paid by myself. I am liable from the cost involved. Last month due to constraints financially I could not honour the agreed amount. Today a lady Nomsa called me this morning started accusing of ignoring her call and raised her tone of voice threatening me that should I have not pick up my phone today the Sheriff was going to show me what they can give in my workplace. I did not understand why she kept telling me the Sheriff was gonna humiliate me at work so I must commit to new arrangement so she stop the Sheriff on my behalf as if I must plead with her. Sheriff who will come to my work place and Humiliate me this made me furious and I told her I will wait for her Sheriff then I will deal with it and standard bank will have to pay me for the humiliation. This is unprofessional and I wonder if the body that regulates Sheriff allows that. I am not a ******** and will pay all that is due..
