Poor service, ignoring queries.

Good day, I would like to complain on the firm in general Macrobert Attorneys. I settled my account as arranged last month, i have requested a paid up letter to no avail, i have called they transfer me from one department to the other. I have tried their whatsapp contact no response. Emails no response. On top of that I get sms's saying I qualify for a discount? It is very upsetting and depressing the services provided.
