poor service

i have been waiting for my standard bank settlement letter for 3 days now. i was promised a 40 percent discount and to date i have not received the letter. this is poor customer service as you are now blaming standard bank for this. my ID *** Can someone please sort this out as my current employer will end up not paying this loan due to you wasting my time
