Payment confirmation letter

I settled payment on a credit card in January last year. I then requested a confirmation letter so I can take it to the bank. I never received one and I have been trying to get this letter since. Yesterday it was confirmed that it has been emailed again but there was still nothing in my inbox! I am now being harassed by MBD, the worst devils I have ever come across in my entire lifetime! Please please help me get out of this horrifying situation by MBD.
