PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

<p>We've been struggling with this company for more than 7 months to get to an agreement on an outstanding balance..even though we owe the money it does not give the consultants dealing with our file any right to speak to us with no respect!!!!!!!! 1st we dealt with Dumisani, who never bothers responding on our mails and requests - when I called and asked him to speak to his manager he was then quickly enough to come with a story that his been sick and away from work ( keep in mind that was 2 week earlier ) and still no respond on any of my mails!!!! he told me our file has been handed over to someone else they will communicate with us - in the last month i've sent 11 mails 15 calls and no feedbac****!! Now this morning a VERY RUDE DLAMINI CALLS US 7 in the morning - I asked him to call back after 8 - he got upset and rude - I said to him we've been sending mails and no feedback the more I try to talk and wanting to know why the service is so pathetic the more he keeps talking and telling me that I'm rude..where do you tell your customers on the phone they are rude???? Dont you have any pride in your company or the work you doing!! I'm tired of fighting just to get an answer from you...do i need to beg for feedback...let someone call me that knows how to deal with customers and not any amateurs!!!!!</p>
