Pathetic and dishonest

My husband was sentenced to 18 years in prison in August 2023. I contacted Ford, asking for advice in November 2023. I tried to make payments where possible but it was small amounts and I would never have been able to keep up with it. Ford appointed International Investigations - *** because apparently there was no communication. Arrangements were made and the bakkie was repossessed by Ford. We haven't had the bakkie for months. It is with Ford, they took it back so I don't don't know how you still expect us to pay for a vehicle we don't even have. Kevin Nel is in jail. Ford is well aware of this. Calls are recorded. The last communication I had with Ford was to confirm if they had indeed appointed the investigators (12 Feb 2024), I spoke to the most disgustingly rude person. After this phone call where it was confirmed that they had indeed appointed these investigators, arrangements were made to collect the vehicle. And it is very clear, that you are also ignoring the e-mails because you don't respond to any communication.

Kindly see attached letter from Modderbee. He is also not able to work, receive mail, phone, have a phone to read your letters of demand etc. But you are more than welcome to try and contact him there. I have done more than my fair share of communication with Ford. They simply chose to ignore the fact that he is in jail.
