Paid up letter

I called this company from last week being transferred from one consultant to another until i spoke to a lady named Angelina for my GetBucks account as i need a paid up letter. Last i spoke to the consultant was the 12th Nov up until today NO ONE has bothered to give me any feedback about my paid up letter. This kind of service, i never thought i will receive from MacRoberts but wow what a worst service. I'm truly dissapointed in this matter as Charlotte (another consultant) assured me that monday she will follow up the matter with her co-worker but nothing from them. I really need this paid up letter as soon as possible.
