Outstanding Paid Up Confirmation Letter : AR146796

I had been offered a 40%discount by them to pay up my standard bank account. I therefore paid R147000. 00 on the 3rd April 2023. I was then told that I paid less amount. I was told to top up with R4189. 20 which I paid. So my account was paid up. I therefore expected to receive a paid up confirmation letter from them,which I never received. Instead in August I received a phone call from other lawyers regarding the same account I paid up with MacRobert Attorneys. I therefore called Felicity the consultant that was dealing with my account. I told her of my paid up confirmation Ietter I never received. Also that my paid account was handed over by the standard bank to other lawyers. So I request for their intervention to this matter. Till to date I had never received the confirmation letter from them. I therefore request them to respond to my request. My reference number was AR146796.
