Only threats and no customer service!!

After me and my wife lost our jobs after the company we both worked for was liquidated in 2013, we decided it's best if we returned our vehicle to ABSA, seeing that we had no income to pay for it. Early 2015 my wife started getting threatening sms's from McRobert attorneys telling her that if she did not pay R52000 within 30 days, they would proceed with legal action to get the money from her. I've sent them numerous emails explaining our situation but never get any response, except for more threatening sms's. <br> The fact of the matter is that we both have no income. We had to sell most of our possessions to feed our kids and are now living month to month not knowing what tomorrow will bring. How do they expect us to pay R52000 without any income?<br> I don't even know why I come here to complain about them. Seeing absolutely no responses on any of the complaints here it's clear how *********** these bullies are.
