Not happy how MacRobert Arttoney is handling my account

I have a problem with a lady by the name Brenda who seems to be handling my Standard Bank account. I have a problem with her tone when she speaks to me. I have been a number of times requesting that she communicates with an email when she communicates with me as I feel that she thinks she a has a right to speak to me anyhow.

She phoned this morning claiming that she sent my Car finance statement which I told her I have not received. She gave me an attitude claiming that I am lying because she sent it.

I received a letter from MacRobert Attorneys claiming that my account is in arrears, I rep**** and wrote more emails requesting that I get clarity regarding the amount in arrears in writting and specify which month exactly I am owing. All those emails were igonred. I even phoned and sooke to the switchboard operator about these email that are being igonred and she said that she can see my account is handled by Brenda, she'll ask her to reply to the emails. Still emails were not rep**** to. This happened in May 2023(I have proof or email that were ignored).

I phoned Brenda and she told me the arrears are for February, I sent her proof of payment since I knew that I did the payment. After sending the proof of payment I phoned her and she said that she has received the proof of payment, she will send it to Standard Bank then phone me once the account has been updated. Up to this date Brenda never communicated that with me, she has never updated me regarding that matter.

I am now requesting the statement, again it's a problem. Really what should I do to access my statement and information regarding my account? because I believe that since I told her earlier today that I have not received my statement she should have just resent the statement as she says she sent it already and i told her I have not received it. I am not happy how my account is being handled at MacRobert Attorneys.
