Not adhering to POPI act

I receive calls, sms and email messages about an account that belongs to somebody else. Despite notifying the agents who call-who than just drop the call- they do not take my number off their records. Even more worrying, this company does not follow the POPI act as I have easy access to this individual's details and account info. There is no protection of their information at all. I have just reported this company to the council for debt collectors since they have never bothered contacting me despite my attempts and am escalating to attorneys of my harrassment with their calls and sms'.
