No responses and **** promises to call back with feedback

<p>I was listed with the law firm above re my Medihelp account to which I paid November 2016 the 25th to be precise yet I'm still receiving demand sms messages I have spoken to an Ellen Pillay with no luck of assistance she keeps saying she will get back to me and trace the payment until the next sms I email her then she makes another **** promise asking me to be patient with her they go through a lot of queries but does not it's been 5 months and I deal directly with her so I don't see why she has to tell me about other queries when surely this has been on her desk for 5 months and she kept saying I should send her the proof of payment which I do all the time.I'm at my wits end with them and need help as I can not tolerate the run around anymore</p>
