NO PAID UP LETTER - HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

Not receiving paid up letter after almost a month!!

I have made the payment as soon as the offer was received from Tashmont Koffman. I have also disscussed this multiple times by phone and email with Thandeka. They reassure me the payment was received but I still receive messages threatening legal action?

Does not seem like the take any action even once you have paid? Trying to call in is a mess, I tried again just now and spoke to Diana. I said I wanted to lay a complaint and she took my details.

She then tried to transfer me and the call dropped. This happens everytime I call or when I ask to speak to Thandeka. Tashmont the phone just keeps ringing till it eventually drops?

PLEASE SEND ME MY PAID UP LETTER URGENTLY!!

This service is completely unacceptable and I have tried being patient but keep being ignored!
