Good day <br> <br> I fail to understand that legal action can be taken against someone that made a payment . I advised your consultant on Thursday that I cannot pay R550.00 for July But I will still make a payment which I did on the 3rd August 2015 of R300.00 . Now I am still getting threatening sms''s . I e-mailed your call centre 3 times without getting any response . How can you take legal action against someone that is paying and is not disputing ? I advised on my e-mail that I will make a payment of R500.00 end of August 2015 . as too my understanding you cannot force someone to pay an amount without confirming if that person can afford it or without doing a income and expenditure . If I do not get a response today I will take this matter to the Ombudsman . I also have proof that I e-mailed Standard Bank numerous times to make arrangements before being handed over .<br> <br> Regards
