I was contacted on Monday and some person asked to speak to Margaret Booysen. I told the person he had the wrong number and that I did not know this person. He proceeded to put the phone down in my ear. On Tuesday I received an sms that my FNB account has been handed over as I did not pay. I do not have an FNB account. I called the attorney’s call center and informed a miss Lesego Lehe that I did not have an FNB account and I suspect o have been a victim of identity theft. I requested the information on the account and she refused to give it to me. I then requested to talk to the attorney handling the matter and she refused to put me through to the attorney. I called their offices and demanded to speak to the director of the company MR. Erasmus: I was out through to his snotty secretary who told me she would Simply remove my number off the account. I told her that was not the issue. She undertook to send an email To the attorney working with the matter: she got my email address wrong. I have requested MR.Erasmus to contact me: I am still waiting, he is clearly WAAYYYY too important to speak to me. In the meantime the attorney on the matter, Mr. Dube, called me and told me they took it up with the bank and will have the necessary information for me within an hour. That was yesterday. I mailed him this morning again THEN only did he call me just to inform me that I need to go into an FNB branch to go get the information that I requested as FNB cannot divulge the information TO THEIR OWN ATTORNEYS, ROFL. GREAT customer service. Thanks Mr. Erasmus for attending to this very urgent matter as well. Clearly McRoberts has no interest in small clients such as the man on the street, only BIG money ***s such as FNB will do.
