I was contacted today on the following number: +*** as per my request by a lady named Zanele claiming to be from Macrobert attorneys in response to my standard loan settlement. She was most rude and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. Whilst I was disputing a point with her she rudely dropped the phone on my ear. I believe that the consultants at Mcrobert attorneys are paralegals but they behave as if they are admitted attorneys. I believe that this is not the first I have dealt with this lady and encountered her rude behaviour. I hope other people don't get bul**** around as I did. Mcrobert attorneys, kindly teach your staff manners and etiquette.
