McRobert Attoneys

McRobert Attorneys are handling my Standard Bank account.I have been requesting a statement and a settlement discount.They are not responding to my request.I had to be on the phone for over an hour last week.They kept on transferring me.They dont even reply to my emails.Standard Bank is not helping either as I tried to refer the matter to them with no luck at all.I deserve good customer service but they just ignoring to assist me.
