Macrobets Attorneys issuing Judgements on customer names unprocedurally

This organisation is damaging customers reputation by not being deligent in dealing with matters before approaching court. The delivery of service was done in September 2018 and judgement obtained in August 2020 during hard lockdown. Between 2018 and 2020 an arrangement was made with the same attorneys to make monthly payments which have never been defaulted and have even increased monthly payments. Standard bank sent an email stating that they have not knowledge of the judgement but the Attorneys on records have done that. The attorney on file is not responding to emails and answering calls despite the fact that the Consultant that is handling my account sent numerous messages to him to attend to my matter since there is clearly a mistake from their side. This has really damaged my credit records unnecessarily so. I need this matter to be resolved asap and my name cleared on credit bureau.
