Macroberts Attorneys Letter of Settlement

Good day, I have been struggling to pay my debt with Macroberts Attorneys. After losing my job in 2017 I had an outstanding money for the car I had bought through ABSA finance. However,I surrendered my car because I could not afford it anymore. My account was handed over to Macroberts Attorneys.

The car was however taken to the auction and there was a shortfall of money that had to be paid by me. Struggling to pay for the past 2 years I finally got a financial assistance from my brother. But, It is over a month now they can't provide me with a paid up letter. When I call Macroberts Attorneys they say my money has to be transferred. I call and I am transfered to the Manager but they never pick up.

The last consultant I spoke is a lady and her name is Bonolo Zulu and she hanged up my call. I would like to know if I have been ****med or not.
