Macrobert failing to send statements on requests !

I have been requesting a statement for my account since May 2017 this year I still have not received anything when I email and request I keep getting missed calls from macrobert then I will phone back and inform them that I dont want to speak to anyone I want a statement sent to me which never gets sent! Why is this so hard ? I make my monthly payments I want a statement to see that they are all there and what is outstanding , I dont understand why this is so hard and you have to get rude before someone helps ?
