MacRobert Attorneys withdrew the action they started, since I confirmed that e-telegram failed to deliver a section 129 notice, which MacRobert Attorneys thought was delivered, since the delivery person claimed that the notice was delivered. I like to thank Lize van Wyk that she accepted my explanation, that e-telegram could not gain access to the estate, as I was not home, when e-telegram unanounced wanted to deliver a notice. The driver told me that he failed to deliver the letter. I presume Lize van Wyk then asked Jan Erasmus to withdraw the action, since they did not meet their obligation as required by the National Credit Act.
