MacRobert Attorneys! Shocking service

Must be the worst attorneys. These 2, MacRobert and LGR must be the worst attorneys in South Africa. To date, we've asked for statements, but nothing. We are paying on monthly basis, but see no statements after several requests. Apart from at least receiving one statement from LGR with unbelievably high interest charges, we have received no other statements, after several requests? The statement from LGR states that our debt with Standard Bank was 60 000 but since we started paying, it jumped to over 77 000 despite paying between 1000 to 1500 per month? Absolutely shocking money grabbers!! We still waiting for statements from Absa Bank via MacRobert or LGR, because at one stage, it seems they were fighting about which attorneys should handle the cases? Still to date, it seems there's still confusion?
