MACROBERT ATTORNEYS MAKE EMPTY PROMISES, but are quick to chase you for payment

I've finally paid off my arrears on my Standard Bank Credit card (fell behind on payments during Covid), consultants promised a letter stating that my cc account has been paid off. Settlement happened end of April'24. To date no letter as promised. When trying to phone MacRobert their switchboard does not even answer the call. Have been phoning numerous times to no avail. MacRobert Attorneys are quick to chase you for payments but when you require assistance they are nowhere. Quite disgusted!!
