I would not even give them a 1 star. I got called by one of there agents stating I have been handed over to them. Where I proceeded to notify them I’m under debt counselling. I asked for an email address where I could send them the documents, she gave a email address that did not work. They lady went on why I only paid R24 instalment. She produced to send me an email which I then rep**** on and attached the two documents. A few days later I started to get more calls from these rude people. I started again explaining and the lady drop the call. A week later I get an email that have have a court order against me. I rep**** again to that email where I attached the two documents as well as the email I sent to them before. The lady rep**** and apologised. I still get freaking sms’s from them demanding payment. I have blocked their phone calls as they have a freaking bad attitude and that they are above the law. Guess what no one is. Next step it to report these fools to NCR and the attorneys board
