MacRobert Attorney Clowns

What a bunch of clowns. Spoke to a representative yesterday regarding an account behind in payment, firstly was a used of lying that I did not make a payment (their client hadn't updated them - which was made out to be my fault).

Then today another representative phones me, firstly denying that I spoke to their colleague yesterday, then suddenly changed the story that they can see on system that I did speak with their offices yesterday. Then telling me their colleague didn't make a note of our conversation just to end with "their system does not allow them to make notes" so she can't make a note of our conversation either which means other representatives of the firm will also be contacting me until their system has been updated, if their client even inform them that payment was made.

What a joke!
