Mac******s &Standardbank

Hey Mac******S. What a legal team! I refinanced my car with Standardbank in May. The first instalment was supposed to go off via Debit order on the 25/06/2022- It never did, I contacted Standardbank since then NON STOP!! Emails, phone calls… Ever email address and number I could find, there care center is total ****… Anyway after two weeks I received emails en sms from Standardbank that my query has been resolved, haha then I phoned them AGAIN for confirmation they said payment was not received. Sms after sms from Standardbank my account is in arrears… Phone call after phone call no one is able to assist me, THEN. Mac ******s sent me a Sms with a Notice of arrears. Sick!!! Distasteful! Negligence! A legal team working for a useless bank threatening me when I’m not in the wrong??? All my proof and emails and phone calls was sent to you an Standardbank and I will report these two **** companies to the ombutsman.
