Lack of Urgency

I am disappointed with the lack of urgency this firm has in addressing queries. I have filled in complaint and inquiry forms on their website. I have called a number of times and sent emails to people that would apparently respond asap. I have been querying the same thing with no resolution. No one is willing to answer my questions, no one knows what is going on with my account instead I get refered to different channels when I call and they're all dead ends. This is yet another attempt to get someone's attention here, I await contact...
