My daughter out of work due to unforseen circumstances and decisions could not keep up her account payments.She informed her creditors by email explaining the situation.She was out of work for some time and trying to get back on her feet as she was on a probation period at a new job.She received a summons from McRoberts and she called to start making affordable payment arrangements.What I want to know is who gives the woman Jackie/Jacky on the other side of the call to start reprimanding and been rude and flinging such words into the air such as "its our words against yours" as she did not receive a letter from them before this summons...this Jackie shows a photo of our old post box on road level that can be pilfered at any time.....Jackie did the post box reply to you that the letter will be passed on to her at that time? Then you threaten my daughter by saying yr all will ensure she will never get credit for the next 30years...Wow! is that how McRoberts go about business with threats as she does not have an immediate R6000+ Ms Jackie we not all fortuanate but we try to do what is right when we can.So it doesnt mean because you think you can run a business threatening vulnerable poorer people that is in a bad patch its your right to be rude and bully someone .......After the call to you and with you my daughter as brave as she tried to act phoned me crying talking about suicide ....jackie you a rude arrogant bully
