Absolutely Pathetic Service The level of frustration from dealing with the incompetence/ unprofessionalism and unhelpfulness at this firm is unexplainable. How difficult is it to receive a statement of accounts after 2 months of ongoing emails and queries but no response. In the beginning they threaten you to pay and then when you want to make payment they just didn't get back to you. Please reframe from making use of their services or having to deal with them at any cost.
