Incompentece

Net Care N17 gave our account over to Mac Robertson Attorneys with out any notification over an amount of R 623.85.

We only received an sms from Mac Robert Attorneys stating that the amount is due. I did replay via e-mail and inform them that we did not receice any notification regarding the amount. I did ask for bank details to make payment. A long time pass and I was advice that the case referd to Thabo.

I went to the N17 Net Care, I setteld the account of R 623.85 and yet receive a phone call from Thabo. He left a message where you can barely hear what he says due to mumbeling. Never de less I phoned him back and I ask what is the issue sins we setteld thw account. I told him that I am going to report this to Hello Peter where his responce was that must do what I want....

May I ask you please look in to this matter. N17 Netcare and Mac Robertson's.
