I'm disheartened with MacRobet Attorneys and Standard bank

I'm disheartened with MacRobet Attorneys and Standard bank. Standard bank opted to sell my overdue account to MacRobert Att and they did a good job hounding me even though I had made arrangements to pay this account gradually. I eventually get monies to settle the account on the same day MacRobet gave me the settlement amount, this was on the 6th of March. I had to call several times and be send from pillar to post just get some one to assist you with a paid letter. Whilst having settled the account, Standard bank decides to put debit order through. Where is the communication between them and MacRorbert? I was inconvenienced and had to wait over 4 days to get the refund. No paid up letter on sight still. MacRorbert has the audacity to tell me to liaise with Standard bank myself to get the paid up letter, what nonsense is this? I am frustrated beyond measure with how my case was handled and if this what customers go through then I'm lost for words.
