I do not receive any statements

It is a month instalment that Medihelp handed over to MacRobert that we did not know we should pay when we switch to GEMS Medical aid. <br> MacRobert start every month on the 25th with threats to pay , and it is about 6 SMS?s each month to get R50. <br> I only get my pension on the 1st , and sometimes pay a little late because I cant always get to Standard Bank with hugh queing every day , but I pay every month! Almost never get a statement , now they threatening with legal action I AM SICK AND TIRED OF THEM , It is an amount of R1800 which I already paid about R1200 , never get a statement!!
