Horrific customer service

I was very shocked and not to mention and disgusted about the service that my sister received from a consultant named Jeanette of MacRobert Attorneys. I was with my sister when she called from a ********** 269 at 11:49. She was super rude and couldn't explain clearly why she was calling for. She has zero respects for customers. Higher management of MacRoberts better do something about this before she makes the company trend on Twitter for all the bad reasons. Highly unprofessional and unexpected.
