Horrible communication

We got in contact with them regarding your car with Standard for a settlement letter this was going on for 3weeks with out getting back to us. We got the settlement letter 2days ago paid the settlement amount been calling then now for 2days again with no reply every time we call they tell us they will give the message to someone and just no reply
