FALSE OFFER

The have send me an sms and email awarding me with 75% discount settlement offer on my Absa Cheque account. I called them to confirm the settlement discount of which they agreed that indeed I'm offered 75% discount settlement offer. I made the payment and send them a proof thereafter. Later I receive a call from them saying their system have wrongly sent me the email, so I have to make arrangement to pay the outstanding amount, meaning the 75%.
