ENFORCED PAYMENTS BUT REFUSED TO GIVE STATEMENTS

I do pay an agreed monthly instalments of R500 owed to Standard Bank where Macrobert managed the account. I have pleaded with Kgabo as a credit consultant to email me statement or balance monthly. She at first said she had a lot in her plate to handle and would like if I would remind her via email on a monthly basis. I complained reasoning that I do get a thank you notification via text every time I made payment but without detailing a balance outstanding. she responded by saying smses are automated and send to all who made payments. Automated texts did have my full names yet they are sent to all who made payment even when payments were made during the month. I nevertheless comp**** with her request. I emailed three reminder without success. Neo Magatla, Account Administrator rep**** that I can get statement once in three months or I should consult my bank if I needed monthly statements. I find these unprofessional because it is a must that I know balance due after payment. But if deadline to pay is skipped, Kgabo is the first to call without waiting for 3 months to passby. I am still waiting for balance update!
