I got an email of a settlement opportunity and I called and made arrangements to pay the R1280 to Absa cheque account on the 25th of September, I made the payment as promised now they say I didn't make the settlement arrangements and cannot trace who I made the arrangements with, I have to deal with their annoying calls and their *********** agent Charity who does not want to listen to you but you must listen to her, she speaks over you and refuses to go and do the research I asked her to do, she keeps calling me daily.
