We have asked help regarding the outstanding amount many times before and asked advice regarding law requirements with no help.

We have now found that the "DUPLUM" rule has been breached by the attorney and they have been dishonest and had ********* actions against us.

This rule means interest, fees and costs - including collection costs according to article 101(g) of the NCA - charged on a loan can never be more than the original capital amount involved. And we have been charged more interest than the original loan amount.

We are poor and vulnerable and has no access to justice, and our dignity was compromised and totally disregarded.
