I have settled my Absa account which I was handed over to MacRobert Attorneys they payment arrangements was made to pay on a discounted amount for 3 month account settled on 25 October till today I haven't received my paid up letter and the account it's still showing my credit report I have been call Mac Robert since November for my paid up letter they promised to email it to with 14 days which has pass already I made follow up call taken from one person to other with no help they kgotso sebeli is the person to contact and but she is unreachable I'm frustrated now I don't know what to anymore
