********* business practices

I was sent a message that if I made payment the account will be settled. I called in and spoke to Chantelle , I was called back by her promising me a paid up letter. The payment was made 11/09/2024, I haven't heard from her ever since I have made the payment. I would like to expose this ********* business practices and would like to warn other customers, not to make the same mistake I did.
