Beyond Annoyed

I am not happy with the number of calls in a day they make whereas they add those fees to the account. I have been called by MBD and MacRoberts Attorneys for the same account and now they expect me to pay both of them. I have stopped paying due to the fact that these providers are both sending me different settlement amounts and i am never furnished with the real time statement. Until I get clarity, I will stop paying the account. Consultants also never give me correct information when I ask. I have sent an email to enquiries and no response to relevant email but when they still call they have no knowledge of my enquiry.
