bad services all the time

I would like to log a complain with your consultant, i have been get bad services all the time i called to enquired about my standard bank personal loan balance, how can you asked a client stupid questioned, like i told him that who am i and what what the reason for my call and end up telling that yah you can speak to me and i told him what is my reason after that asking me my ID number and i told hime after that whats is your file number and i told him i dont know and they say sorry i cant help you if you dont know your file number. and after that hangs the phone on me.
