Bad service from Macrobert attorneys.

I have been trying to phone them they simply do not pick up their phones i spend 10 minutes waiting for them to answer the phone no response they send me an E-Mail about my account i wanted to speak to somebody about this but to avail i even send them an email to their accounts department up to date they have not answered me yet if they are an Attorney company are they not supposed to be more responsive to the client or to help the client it js seems they thing they are doing you an favour to help a person i feel like laying q complain at attorneys chamber about this very poor service from them?????????
