Appalling attitude

I have made a phone call twice to MacRobert Attorneys. Twice Michael who deals with Medihelp queries and thrown the call in my ear. <br> <br> My mom is an elderly lady that I am trying to help sorting out her account. I have requested if they could please pend the matter so that I can be in touch with Medihelp and this is the bad service I am getting. <br> <br> I am suspecting that Medihelp is committing ***** whereas I have advised Michael and still he does not have the decency to hear me out. <br> <br> I am a debt collector myself and never have i had that bad attitude with our customers. <br> <br> It is appalling and disgusting. <br> <br> How can people employ people who does not have any etiquette and morals. <br> <br> No wonder this country is going the way it does. If it is not the municipality with their bad attitudes then you get debt collectors that are appointed by these attorneys who has no respect.
