This attorney firm has a shocking business ethic and have no issue in breaking the POPIA act. My wife had an issue with her Standard Bank credit card, which was resolved. Card was paid in full Macrobert tried phoning her from a number marked spam which she wasn't going to answer, and when they couldn't get hold of her they contacted her EX fiancé which she hasn't spoken to in more than 5 years to get hold of her. If that wasn't enough they sent messaged to our children which got them all worried and phoning us. My wife is a type 1 diabetic and any stress causes her sugar to rise to dangerous levels. THIS is totally unacceptable and I will be laying an official complaint with the attorney ombud. I want to know exactly where they got our family contact details from and where they got my wife's ex fiancé's details. This is CLEARLY a violation of the POPIA act and we will not take this lying down.
