Very poor after service

I have also experienced the problem with the refunding of deposit after moving out. They've deducted large amounts for re-paining the whole unit, plumbing and electrical as well as carpentry. When you ask for an explanation, they refer you to the manager who avoids phone calls, emails and messages. Before moving in they tell you it is company policy to re-paint all units, but do not tell you that it comes from your account. According to the contact they have to pay interest on your deposit once refunded, but also this is an empty promise.
